Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Janus Elevator Products 071-0030 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jetter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Japan-Servo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jetter such as the JH30420536RVBSXF3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7K320 manufactured by Japan-Servo and we are pleased to be able to service most Japan-Servo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D32462D32462 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jrc Brand NDC1252 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Joslyn-Clark such as T77UO41 equipment made by Joslyn-Clark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Joslyn-Clark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Joslyn-Clark" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VS007410AL0000 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular SA320314 original spares produced by Jersey-Machine

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TYPEEC2A1BDCKS582901 by John-Oster and T77UO41 spares by Joslyn-Clark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JAPMCIO2300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
